SENIOR CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENT – WORLDSPAN GDS

WORK AT HOME – REMOTE LOCATION

Seeking experienced, customer service oriented corporate travel agent for high touch, fast paced travel agency. Research and book routine and complex domestic and international air, hotel, car, ground transportation and additional services.

Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices in the application of corporate travel policies in terms of price/elapsed time/safety.

Worldspan GDS required- Sabre GDS a plus- MS Office experience required. Exposure to Concur or other Online Booking Tool (OBT) a plus.

Senior Account Manager

Work at Home or Office (Atlanta, GA)

Teplis Travel is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer/client experience. Work closely with our clients to understand their business/corporate travel needs for air, rental car, hotel, ground transportation, groups, and incentive reservations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of corporate travel accounts of varying sizes and industries.
  • Work with key client accounts to provide corporate travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned corporate travel clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships

Qualifications

  • Proven success in client management
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), Concur Travel, GDS (Worldspan, Galileo, Sabre) and Travel Agency Reporting (iBank, Prime Analytics, Grasp) experience is a huge plus and will be needed day to day.
  • Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
  • This is a client facing role that involves both in person and virtual meetings.
  • Some travel will be needed.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • MS Office experience is required.
