Teplis Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Agent/Manager of Quality Control, Ticketing, and Inside Operations Support for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).
Leverage your talent and expertise to be an integral part of the Teplis Travel Operations leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Issue tickets that cannot be processed by automated ticketing following all industry rules and regulations.
- Make certain all client and airline specific entries are included in the record before issuing.
- Work with and coach agents regarding records with missing or incorrect entries
- Manage the unused ticket process verifying that unused tickets are routed correctly to the profiles and generate unused ticket reports
- Manage the exception process, obtain, and track waivers.
- Manage the name change process for key accounts.
- Conduct research on ticketing and operations questions.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years ticketing experience on Travelport’s Worldspan GDS required.
- Sabre GDS and Travelport+ (Galileo GDS) experience a plus
- Prior experience with automated Quality Control (QC) programs desired but not required.
- Prior experience with Unused Airline Ticketing Programs desired but not required.
