Teplis Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Agent/Manager of Quality Control, Ticketing, and Inside Operations Support for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).

Leverage your talent and expertise to be an integral part of the Teplis Travel Operations leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Issue tickets that cannot be processed by automated ticketing following all industry rules and regulations.
  • Make certain all client and airline specific entries are included in the record before issuing.
  • Work with and coach agents regarding records with missing or incorrect entries
  • Manage the unused ticket process verifying that unused tickets are routed correctly to the profiles and generate unused ticket reports
  • Manage the exception process, obtain, and track waivers.
  • Manage the name change process for key accounts.
  • Conduct research on ticketing and operations questions.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years ticketing experience on Travelport’s Worldspan GDS required.
  • Sabre GDS and Travelport+ (Galileo GDS) experience a plus
  • Prior experience with automated Quality Control (QC) programs desired but not required.
  • Prior experience with Unused Airline Ticketing Programs desired but not required.

SENIOR CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENT – WORLDSPAN GDS

WORK AT HOME – REMOTE LOCATION

Seeking experienced, customer service oriented corporate travel agent for high touch, fast paced travel agency. Research and book routine and complex domestic and international air, hotel, car, ground transportation and additional services.

Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices in the application of corporate travel policies in terms of price/elapsed time/safety.

  • Worldspan GDS required
  • Sabre GDS a plus
  • MS Office experience required.
  • Exposure to Concur or other Online Booking Tool (OBT) a plus.

Teplis Travel is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).

 

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer/client experience. Work closely with our clients to understand their business/corporate travel needs for air, rental car, hotel, ground transportation, groups, and incentive reservations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of corporate travel accounts of varying sizes and industries.
  • Work with key client accounts to provide corporate travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned corporate travel clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships

 

Qualifications

  • Proven success in client management
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), Concur Travel, GDS (Worldspan, Galileo, Sabre) and Travel Agency Reporting (iBank, Prime Analytics, Grasp) experience is a huge plus and will be needed day to day.
  • Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
  • This is a client facing role that involves both in person and virtual meetings.
  • Some travel will be needed.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • MS Office experience is required.

CONCUR AND ONLINE TRAVEL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

DESCRIPTION: Supports Concur Travel or other Online Travel Booking Tools.

 

Requirements for this position listed below.

 

  • Extensive knowledge of Concur Travel.
  • Experience Working a support desk, answering support calls and support desk emails.
  • Can troubleshoot and research issues, opening and managing trouble tickets including capturing history and logs.
  • Knowledge of booking tool sites, changing policy, contracts, testing policy and contracts.
  • Conducts live training classes (large and small).
  • Assists sales dept. with live presentations.
  • Works closely with client and vendors to manage implementations and rollouts.
  • Can navigate building templates and process data management via uploads. Experience with alternate online booking tools and expense products a plus.
  • Must be able to handle multiple implementations at once.
  • Great organization skills and ability to multi-task answering support questions while also working emails and building and maintaining sites.
  • Must have great time management skills necessary to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Required GDS knowledge of Travelport Worldspan and/or Sabre
  • Flexible work schedule is preferred.

CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENCY OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This can be a great opportunity and career path for the focused, detail-oriented travel professional.

Assists Travel Management Company SVP Operations with a variety of duties.

Responsibilities

  • Understands deadlines and manages multiple priorities.
  • Conducts Travel Operations based research.
  • Takes on special projects as assigned.
  • Assists with Client Corporate Travel Implementations
  • Handle ongoing job tasks such as employee travel and perk programs for corporate accounts.
  • Involvement with Group Travel Management
  • Assist with Travel Agent Performance Metrics
  • Coordinate and prepare communication for meetings.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a well-rounded travel agent with airline ticketing and supervisory experience a plus
  • Must have experience on Worldspan or Sabre GDS with Galileo experience a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in one or more of the travel related functions – Online booking tools, group travel, virtual payment systems for hotels, Quality Control (QC), and profile systems
  • Must reside in metro Atlanta.
